- All vehicle requests should be calendared 2 weeks in advance.
- Vehicle request will be given scheduling priority based on the order received and magnitude of the event.
- All drivers must be approved by Mount Pleasant Baptist Church and be listed on the insurance.
- Large buses require driver to possess a CDL license.
- You must pick up the binder along with the keys from the church office prior to trip.
- ALL paperwork inside the binder must be completed and returned with the keys upon return.
- Applicant will be notified upon approval of request.
